My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

As I can't Grow a Mo (unfortunately!), I plan to join some of my Irish Distillers colleagues in the 42km Dublin Mountain Way Challenge on Saturday 20th November.

The Movember Foundation is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.
