My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Hey friends...it's that time of the year again...Movember!!! For the past few years now I've been hiking mountains with the LugMOquilla crew all around Ireland to raise much needed awareness and funds around Mental health, Suicide prevention, Testicular and prostate cancer and men's health in general. Almost everyone in the LugMo crew or people all around the world have been or know someone affected by some of these issues.
Sadly we lost our good friend Brian this year after he lost his own battle to mental health issues leaving behind his loving wife , 3 adoring kids , family and many many friends. He was loved by everyone that met him and is dearly missed everyday. This year Brian's memory is my MOtivation for MOvember and we will be taking on a 20 KM hike on and around Leinster's highest and toughest mountain on the 27th Nov which we know from previous years is a challenging time to tackle Lug! I would be really grateful if you were able to donate to this amazing cause no matter how small its very much appreciated. Remember #Its OK not to be OK! Talk, call or text someone if your not OK...there's always someone including myself ready to listen and talk!
Looking forward to this challenge now :)...but not the bogey mustache :)

The final weekend of Movember is here! As a group, you've raised over €180,000 and counting for Movember, absolutely incredible!

We're still seeing incredible events and activity across the country this weekend and early next week. Keep an eye on those leaderboards, there's still time to climb!

Do you have any last-minute donations or cash funds from your events? Make sure to get them added to your team page as the 2025 leaderboards will close on Monday December 8th, at 10 PM.
