My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year for Movember I’ll be undertaking the 4 peaks challenge which consists of climbing the 4 highest peaks in Ireland! Firstly Carrauntoohil in county Kerry, Mweelrea in County Mayo, Slieve Donard in County Down and lastly
Lugnaquilla in County Wicklow! Commonly people try to complete this challenge over four consecutive weekends or four consecutive days where as I hope to complete all these climbs in under the 30 hour mark! And why not wear a 10 kg plate carrier to give myself that extra little bit of hardship!
As a Movemeber Ambassador Movember has always been a charity close to my heart ever since two of my close school friends unfortunately took there lives over recent years and Movember do absolutely extraordinary work on funding for mens mental health and it’s been a pleasure working with them and getting closer to the Irish team and seeing the exhausting work they do behind the scenes to help make a change!!
To change the face of mens health.
