FAQ

Does your company use a third-party platform? While all donations help change the face of men’s health, it’s important to note that we have no control over how a third party platform operates. These platforms may take longer to process funds, or may require that team members claim their individual fundraising amounts (compared to considering the team total). Here's how to get the most out of a third-party platform.

Get in touch with your work crew
Hit up your company's matched funding person for the lowdown on third-party platforms. Usually this is the Human Resources or Corporate Social Responsibility team.

DIY matching
If it's a solo mission (where each person claims their own bit), share the form with your team.

Fill in the deets
Complete the form with the individual or team name for quick processing. You'll find it on your Mo Space URL.

Give us a shout
Get in touch via email once you've sent in the third-party form. Tell us when and if you want contributions to go to either this year’s or next year’s Movember campaign.

We'll handle the rest
We'll swiftly upload the info to your Mo Space team once we receive it.
Get in touch if you've got questions about third party platforms.

Looking to really amplify your impact? Many companies and organisations actively support charitable giving through gift-matching programmes, also known as fund-matching initiatives. These programmes typically acknowledge your fundraising endeavours by matching or adding to your fundraising total with a corporate contribution.

Here’s how you can streamline things.

Prepare early
Reach out to company department that’s responsible for managing matched funding. Usually this is the Human Resources or Corporate Social Responsibility team. Do this well before the start of campaign, and make sure you’re familiar with their processes before your fundraising campaign kicks off.

Make it quick and easy
The most efficient way to arrange matched funding is to have your company deposit the funds directly into our Irish bank account (see below) or Just visit make an online donation with your company’s card.

Claim your matched funds
On 1st December, contact the person at your company that looks after matched funding, and initiate the claim process.

Invoicing
If you need an invoice, get in touch, being sure to provide a link to your Mo Space team landing page.

Submission details
Submit your final fundraising figure, Mo Space team link, and invoice (if needed) to the person or department responsible for matched funding.

Payment method
Ask your company to either deposit funds into our Movember Bank account, or make an online donation using this link: https://ie.movember.com/donate/details?memberId=93.
