Our Motivation

As you may know we are a Suicide Prevention group based in Limerick. Our aim is to prevent suicide at our river side and help anyone who is in a dark place, feeling anxious, distressed or suicidal. We volunteer day in day out in all weathers to promote Mental Health. We acknowledge that men struggle to open up. This is why 9 of our Male Team members have taken the plunge to grow a tash for the month of November in solidarity for all males suffering with their own mental health and overall wellbeing.

Please this month, educate yourself on Mental Health and if you are not feeling well please reach out for help. You are not alone, acknowledge when your feeling unwell. Don’t be ashamed, it’s okay not to be okay.

We're raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. We need your help. Please donate to support men's health.
