After last years' lifting event (video above) the team at FFS have decided to go one better and host The Superstar Challenge.

Becasue: “Sometimes it takes a Superstar to change the face of men’s health.”

This Movember FFS have decided to go one better than last year and take on a fitness challenge that encorporates decades of sporting legacy, a hit television series and some seriously retro haircuts to take on a superstars inspired challenge.

On Movember 22nd 2014, 12 brave Mo Bro’s and Mo Sista’s will attempt to row 25K, complete 7000 Kettlebell swings, 2000 Burpees and 5000 old school sit ups in a mere 60 minutes!

The gruelling fitness challenge will take place in a packed house at FFS on lesson street.
This, unlike MoLifting will be a spectator sport. There will be a DJ playing the finest retro funk from the past 4 decades and plenty of complimentary beverages on hand.

Prior to the main event there will be “FFS challenges” for spectators to attempt, with great prizes up for grabs such as Leinster Rugby merchandise and tickets, Ted Baker vouchers, Signed Ireland Rugby Shirts and Lloyd & Price apparel just to mention a few. Post challenge the Ireland versus Australia rugby game will be played on a 12 foot projector screen for all guests. So get set for a huge day of entertainment.

Movember is about raising awareness and funds, so do your bit; go forth and converse about men’s health issues, raise the public profile of Movember and most importantly donate!

The aim is to raise €25,000.
