We get it. We understand the love of facial hair more than most; how it becomes an identity, an extension of your soul, a safe place. Giving it up is unthinkable – it’s not worth it. But… what if it was?

“No, I won’t do it. I can’t do it. I’ve had it for so long. I’ll look weird with out it.
You can’t make me.”

Beard owners, we’re sure you’ve said these words over and over again to people asking you to shave off your beard, or to a significant other who’s fallen out of love with it, or now and again to yourself in the mirror.

We get it. We understand the love of facial hair more than most; how it becomes an identity, an extension of your soul, a safe place. Giving it up is unthinkable – it’s not worth it. But… what if it was?

The looks on people’s faces when they saw you, naked (faced) as the day you were born, would be priceless. Your friends, family and colleagues couldn’t help but ask you why you did it. You would make waves, sparking conversation after conversation, all in the name of men’s health.

We understand the weight of that decision, making the change from beard growing to Mo growing for just 30 days, can be life-changing; but the feeling of the wind on your cheeks and the knowledge that you are not only changing your face, but the face of men’s health, will help you know that you did not shave in vain. And hey, you may look even better with a Mo – you wont know if you don’t try.

“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take”

– Wayne Gretzky.

Sign up for Movember today and pledge to sacrifice the beard by shaving down completely in the name of men’s health. Know someone who is currently rocking one? Get them to pledge to sacrifice the beard too - it's only for 30 days.
