My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Going to rock a 'mo' for the month to raise awareness & much needed cash for mental health and men's cancers!

Will be painful to say goodbye to the beard but it’s all for a great cause! ☺️

This year (more than ever!), it's important that we look after our mental health. The past couple of years have caused a lot of social isolation for lots of people nationwide, which can lead to all sorts of mental health issues.

Help out where you can; either by joining me and looking ridiculous in my moustache-growing efforts, by donating (any amount would be greatly appreciated!) or by taking the 60km Move challenge (run or walk 60km in November).
