My motivation

I’m doing this for the ones who can’t.

As somebody who has struggled with my own mental health in the past I know what a weight that can feel like.

If by me doing this challenge it helps one man out there reach out, live to fight another day or even simply see that things do get better no matter how bad they might seem in the moment then that’s all the motivation I need.
