My motivation

Malin to Mizen.

I’m Jack, and on May 10th, 2026, I’m running the full length of Ireland from Malin Head to Mizen Head in aid of men’s mental health, supporting Movember.

Last August I ran 100 kilometers along the west coast of Ireland.
We raised over €15,000.
And I say "we" because that was all of you.

But the reality is the problem remains.
Suicide is still the leading cause of death in young men in Ireland.

If you know me, you’ll know this is something very close to my heart. Since I was 17, I’ve felt a responsibility to try and do something about it in whatever way I can.
And that hasn’t changed.

This next run is over 550 kilometers.
It’s going to break me down.

But one thing I learned last time is that you can always take one more step — even when you can’t see the finish line.

That’s what this is about.
Not having all the answers.
Not pretending to be perfect.
Just moving forward with hope.

And if it helps even one person along the way, it’s worth it.

Any support truly means the world.
And if you do anything today, check in on your boys.
