My motivation

This Novemeber I'll be helping to raise money for men's mental health services. As someone who has struggled with mental health in recent times, I understand just how important it is to talk about your feelings and you'll come to realise you are part of a much bigger club than you thought - you are not alone.

This is for all the men in Ireland and abroad who have struggled or are struggling with their mental health and for those who are not longer with us - the fathers, brothers, friends, uncles and cousins. Talk to your friends, ask the brightest, happiest guy in the room how he's keeping and always remember it's ok not to be ok.

I might look like an idiot with a mustache but atleast that mustache will raise much needed money for a great cause. So please donate what you can!
