My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Mental health is something extremely close to my heart.
Men are often very closed off and don't voice their feelings as often or as loudly as they should.
Organisations like Movember and HUGG are doing what they can do try and real these barriers down.

Not only have I had my own struggles, but I've lost count of the friends and loved ones who have gone through similar things, with a very close friend of mine suffering his own tragedy this year.

Donating to Movember, no matter how small, is another step to breaking the stigma to men opening up and a step towards one less person taking their own life.

The final weekend of Movember is here! As a group, you've raised over €180,000 and counting for Movember, absolutely incredible!

We're still seeing incredible events and activity across the country this weekend and early next week. Keep an eye on those leaderboards, there's still time to climb!

Do you have any last-minute donations or cash funds from your events? Make sure to get them added to your team page as the 2025 leaderboards will close on Monday December 8th, at 10 PM.

Let's make this final push count for men's health!

Hey Conor,

The good ship Movember is well and truly launched, but like all good moustaches, there are still a few stray whiskers to tidy up.

As we sail forth, we are looking to our captains to help get the crew in order and registered for the campaign. Here is your team link to share now and get those final few on board.

https://ie.movember.com/team/2295766

Why?

-The more teammates, the greater the potential

-They get access to Movember rewards

-Track their fundraising success

-Access our important men’s health resources

Show your commitment to the cause and boost the impact of your team by finalising the crew. We really appreciate your help in leading your squad to moustachioed glory.

 All the best,

-Sydney
