Laps for the Lads
Lovelock Track, Sandringham Road
Start: 10am Saturday 9 November
Finish: 10am Sunday 10 November

On Saturday 9th November, I will commence a 24 hour track run, consistently making my way around a 400m athletics track, over and over again.

Am I insane? Probably a little bit. Am I crazy? I like to think a little craziness is a good thing.

Why would I put myself through this? Because I'm passionate and determined to make a positive change to the state of men's health.

Men's health isn't a one-off, it isn't a once a year thing, it's continuous and requires an always on approach. This run symbolises the ongoing and infinite nature of men's health - there is no finish line.

24 hours straight, an entire day, to symbolise the importance of an always on or 24/7 approach to our health and wellbeing.

I believe that good mental health requires endurance, persistence, and self-care every single day.

I belive that taking care of your mind requires a long-distance approach, not a sprint. Keep moving forward, one step at a time.

I've gone with a very lofty fundraising target this year of $12,000. Or to break that down, $500 for every hour I'll be running.

Every cent towards that target is beyond amazing and I truly appreciate it, so if you're reading this pre or post a donation, thank you so much!
