My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer
Prostate cancer
Men's health

I think the rate of mens self harm and suicide has gone up in the recent years. I think every human should have a good healthy mind and that self harm and suicide are drivin by unnecessary things such as bullying, cyber bullying and isolation. In my opinion Movember is great because it encourges people to exercise for a good cause and it makes a great reason to get out of the house for a walk or run every so often. Movember is also a great,easy way to protest against self harm and suicide. this november I will be cycling 60km from roscommon (my town) to strokestown and then to scramoge and then lanesborough and finally then back to roscommon. I will be doing this cycle all in one go. All donations will go to the Movember charity and will be greatly appreciated.
