My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm running the 2023 Dublin Marathon for Movember because I want to contribute towards improving suicide prevention measures in the UK. Unfortunately, I recently lost my dad, best mate and all-round good guy, Seamus Murphy to suicide. Life has been extremely tough since his passing and the grief left behind is unquantifiable.

Not only do I want to make him proud but I want to do my bit in ensuring more dads, bros and best mates stick around. This can only happen if we de-stigmatise suicide and provide mental health sufferers with the healthcare services they deserve.

'Died' of suicide, not 'committed' suicide. You shouldn't be made to feel guilty for your mental wellbeing.

Any donation of any size would mean the world to me.
