My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

On November 14th, I’m hosting a men’s breathwork event at Sauna Village Swords, with 100% of ticket sales going to Movember to support men’s health and suicide prevention.

This one is really personal to me. I’ve been in a very scary place with my own mental health, and I know how terrifying and lonely it can feel when you don’t recognise yourself anymore.

I’m doing this because it’s exactly the kind of space I wish I’d had when I was struggling. Now that I’ve come through the other side and have the tools to support other men, I want to put them to good use.

If this event helps even one lad feel heard, supported or a little less alone, it’ll be worth every bit of it.

If you can't attend, I'd be so grateful for any donation amount to an incredible cause.
