My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Over the last 2 years we have both been advocates for men's mental health. Right now Suicide is the largest killer in Men under the age of 50 all over the world. Globally on average 1 man dies to suicide every minute of every day, this is a father, brother, son, friend or loved one. We both believe that there is a huge stigma that surrounds men's mental health & it is almost seen as taboo for men to open up & speak out about their emotions. This couldn't be more damaging.
Every year, Movember aims to put men's health in the spotlight, so to help contribute both of us will be running 100 meters for every 1£ donated to our page.
