My last 1/2 Marathon for the 2022 Movember campaign 4 out of 4!!
Improving my old 1/2 Marathon PB of 2:00:00 by a bit more than two minutes: 1:57:57 Yassss!!!

This 3rd 1/2 Marathon was super special.

I decided to run inside the facilities of my GAA club because it is an essential part for the health of the coaches, the boys, the families, the community, and mine as well.

It was a big challenge to run 21x1Km laps topped with cold, wind, rain and a bit of hail!!

However, for the first lap I was joined by the U12 hurling team to warm up before their training and it was so incredibly inspiring!!
