My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I will be taking part in Movember this year in honour of my dear friend John "Murph" Murphy, who we lost to suicide earlier this year. Therefore, I am raising funds and awareness for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.

For those who’ve lost a friend or family member to suicide, Movember is a chance to honor their memory and start a conversation to break down the stigma around men’s mental health.
