My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Life begins at 40 but for me at the age of 40 my Cancer journey began & for 4 years it was relentless. Firstly, my Eye lid was affected then my eye socket. Secondary Cancer was in my Parotid gland & Lymph nodes. These resulted in 4 major surgeries & 96 sessions of Radiotherapy, it was a tough few years for my family. Even though I’m a survivor of cancer it’s always in the back of your mind & This may sound strange but at times you can have a certain amount of guilt that you are a survivor when you talk to people that have lost someone. Overall, I have managed to shut it out & I am now over 6 years clear. But this year I lost 2 Aunts to Cancer & it bought it back that it was time I did something to help. Since the operations & treatment I am unable to grow hair on the right-hand side of my face so that’s where the idea for the Half a beard came from (Thanks Kids).
