Gala Partés

The end of Movember is marked across Ireland (and around the world) with a series of Gala Partés. These are held to thank Mo Bros and Mo Sistas for helping to raise awareness and funds for men’s health.

They are world renowned exhibitions of nature’s finest bounty, the moustache. Dress to suit your Mo or your Mo Bro, celebrate the craft of growing a Mo and compete for a number of category titles, including Best Mo in Character, Team Mo, Miss Movember and, of course, the ultimate accolade - Man of Movember 2013.

Our National Man of Movember is the radiant Gianni Clifford. Having completed his studies in the Brillantmont International School, Switzerland, where he perfected his infamous ‘wrist, wrist - elbow, elbow’ wave, Gianni turned his attentions to philanthropy and graphic design. When not working the stage, Gianni is a graphic designer and runs Dolce Merda. Gianni also ran the Pass It On exhibition this year where he curated over 40 artists from across Europe who donated prints to fundraise for Movember. A Mo Bro like no other!
